Non-Event, MIT List Visual Arts Center, and the Goethe-Institut Boston are pleased to present a special solo performance by the sound artist Eric Wong as part of his Bluetooth Speaker Series in which Wong uses portable speakers to create a fluid, spatialized sound experience.
About the artist
Eric Wong (b. 1981) is a Minneapolis born, Hong Kong raised, Berlin based musician and sound artist whose work involves auditory perception and the exploration of human relationships with sonic environments. He often incorporates spatialized sound and reduced expressions in his work, focusing on fewer gestures instead of constructing linear sonic narratives.
